I was down at Laguna Seca for the Historics. Probably more passing there than the whole F1 season. Also Ferrari Cliente brought a bunch of 90's F1 cars plus the 2003GA. Ferrari test driver took a shot at Helio's Champ Car track record. Came up 2 sec short. :)

I got up at 6:00AM in order to watch the race, and once again fell asleep in the middle of it, only to wake up for the usual Schumacher win and subsequent news conference.

ive learned to focus only on second and third place...
So for me alonso did great and got in second! :)

Yup, its sad that it has to be that way, but you have to do something to make it interesting. I also cross my fingers hoping that MS will have a breakdown or that they will fumble in the pitstop.
btw.... have you notised the chicks with the umbrellas on the grid before they start? :D YUM!

F1 has been a parade for at least 15 years now and maybe 20+. Every few years it changes depending on which team gets the edge, and of course which team driver within the team with the edge will actually win. Last time I enjoyed watching F1 was the Alain Prost Ayrton Senna days, and then it was which one of them was going to win.
There's more passing in a few laps of some NASCAR races than an entire season of F1.

It's been so long since a schumi Ferrari broke down...I can't even remember...maybe 2 years???
And the car can catch fire in the pits, and he still wins the race...I think retirement maybe the answer ;)
