The rule is that you cannot change the HTML. Only the CSS can be modified. It's an amazing display of the what can be accomplished using CSS.

What is CSS?  Do you do it Sandman?  Do you have a picture you could put up here?  

Looks interesting, but I am completely baffled what it is.  Says it's for graphic artists only(computer competent.)  Bet Nash knows about it.

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. It's a side language to HTML that allows you to assign different attributes to fonts, background images, text arrangement, and lots of other things.

It's not difficult to learn at all.
