Hey all:

I had a major meltdown , XP slowly degraded to such a point I had to save all info i could on cd then formatted my hard drive and reinstalled XP and minimal programs, including a freshly downloaded version of AH2. Well I gotta tell ya, a world of difference.

I have a weak machine, Celery 1 gig., 512 ram, Fx 5200 128 PCI card, running on XP OEM, and I get easily 30% better frame rates now.:)  Even better is stable frame rates, no rubber bullets and less vox troubles.

I'm no computer wizz, but if you're running a lesser machine like mine, and you haven't formatted your drive reinstalling XP recently, I would strongly recommend it! It worked wonders for me.

Don't forget disk maintenance.

Updated virus check, Disk cleanup utility, Scan Disk and Defragment.

Helps keep things running smooth.
