Having had some problems in the last year with depression my finances have taken a beating.Two weeks ago I lost all the red color in my monitor and while being able to still fly the lack of red coloration has made it impossible to see the enemy bases and icons on the map and I couldn`t see the text for squad messages in the buffer unless I used the up view to highlight the text against the sky. When the sim went pay I was unable to continue flying due to a lack of funds. At that time a squad member from Warbirds and Aces High stepped up and paid for my account until I get on my feet. I recieved the following mail last night:
Weazel,
The "boys" in JG2 got together and passed the hat around. Next Thursday you should be receiving a Sony Trinitron 17" monitor by UPS. Its about 3 years old, but rarely used. Stupid me forgot to put the cables in so I will mail those out tomorrow.
Your a great CO, please accept this gift from us, you deserve it!

I`m unable to express in words what these guys mean to me,and stunned at their generosity. Guys you are undoubtedly the finest bunch of people I`ve ever had the pleasure of being associated with,come September/October at the Aces High convention I hope to meet all of you and buy you all a round of drinks and repay you for your kindness in this gift. This really says a lot for this young community,it hasn`t been around long but it has some great people in it-I am in your debt. <S>

Weazel: I'm not in JG2, but if the Buccaneers ever disbanded, they'd be my very next choice (assuming they'd let me in (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)). I've always said, "Quality attracts quality." Salute, JG2!

Weazel, just like anyone else in the community, deserves such respect in hard times, we've all been there, done that...comes a time to pay the 'community' back no matter what community it is that ones involved in.
