Well its a yak alright, cause those are 37mm shells on the right and 12.7mm on the left. So im gonna say Yak-9U or whichever one has the 37mm.:aok

 It is, UBS 12.7mm

 It is, 37mm NS 37 (*well the ammo at any rate is visable).
