For that money you will get a Thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner II which is an excellent budget Hotas joystick.

If you can use analog, the steal of the summer is the CH Fighterstick Analog on clearance at http://www.chproducts.com/shop/page2.html (http://www.chproducts.com/shop/page2.html)  for $19.97 plus shipping. It's a great JS.

The same stick in USB is $150.

You'll need access to a WIN 95-98-ME or DOS to program it though. You can use it in WIN XP as long as your system has a Gameport/Midi connection, but you can't program it in Win XP.

" F-16 FighterStick $19.97;
Features one 8-way switch, three 4-way switches, three push buttons, trigger, added trim controls and rotary throttle. Gameport connection. Compatible with DOS, Windows 95 and 98."
