I need a free program that I can make AH2 skins with. I have Microsoft PhotoDraw but this aint working to well. Any suggestion on a free photo editor beside mspaint???

I use serif photoplus 5.5,u can download for free at http://www.freeserifsoftware.com

I use Serif as listed above, Photoshop 8 and Paintshop pro 8 that I have under demo release.  All are great programs, but I prefer serif over the others.  The only thing I dont like about Serif is the limited brush selections.  Also, Serif is 100% free and no time limit on it so Id go with that.
