Title: HT, troop drop timer?

HT,

is there a time limit that troops must be dropped within each other to capture? example  let 1 troop out then wait 30 mins and let rest out still get capture?

other sims ive played used a time limit between troop drops.
like 10 troops must go in map room with 5 or 10 mins of each other to capture.


maybe add this feature in.

Whels I believe its 5 mins here also.
