I noticed a view bug this evening.
When I looked straight out the starboard side, I didn't see any GV's.

But, when I viewed the exact same location from the Rear-Right angle, I did see the GV's that were there. :(

Please fix. It sucks to now know that I may not be seeing everything - enemy or friendly.

It appears that your view was blocked by the support section of your canopy.
As it would be in the real world.
You are not supposed to be able to see through solid objects.
Looks like there is NO BUG..
Just Adjust your Head position to where you can see around the support and you should be able to see the GV.:aok

well, Mr. Rolley eyes   --
I can't imagine that a small beam, like that, would block the view of several GV's that are parked in positions that span over 1 mile (my 2nd screenshot didn't show you every GV). That beam should block 1 or 2 of the GV's, but not ALL OF THEM. :lol
its either a bug or modelling that needs to be fine-tuned. Thank you.

That's been there since AH2 came out.
I thought it was a graphics engine limitation. Same thing applies to map tiles displaying or not. When you're, say, 20k up or so, and have haze turned on, you can NOT see a landmass from dead ahead (F3 view) but you CAN see it from forward/left, forward/right. I don't know what causes it but it's been there forever.

cc Krusty.
I was about 1,000 AGL at the time. I didn't notice haze. And, as you can see, the GV's are well within icon range.
I'll write it off as modelling that needs to be fine-tuned. :) I hope it gets fixed.
