It is a boat with some big-ass subwoofers - note the distortion waves in the air above it! ;)

The distortion is not due to sound energy, it is due to massive magnetic feild due to huge electro-magnetic arrays just switched on at the time of the photo.  At time plus 2.045 seconds, this ship dissappeared and breifly materialized at Hampton Roads before the feild was turned off and the ship rematerialized in it original coordinates.  5 sailors were killed in the experiment, and survivors to this day suffer migrane massive headaches and skin lesions.

This is the USS Philadelphia.

Of course, I could be wrong.  (listening to too much Art Bell recently)

No, Holden, you were listening to too much Lawrence Whelk after surfing onto a colony of sea urchins.

I told you they were big subwoofers. The speaker magnets causing matter displacement is just an unfortunate side-effect for those seeking the most powerful stereo system on the high seas! :D
