can you stil play ah2 with the mouse as the flight control?
-
no
-
they took it out? how come
-
O yes u can i was other day worked fine
-
You still can because I run into many in the TA who still do.
I believe they are trying to move away from it though.
It just limits you so much and is very difficult to do so and actually is a handicap, imo. A simple joystick with a hat switch for views is approximately 1000000000% better.
I believe you have to disable mouse view, which might be the reason it is no longer 'officially' supported.

fuze you remember me right? played for the bishes? when i was landing all those kills it was on thoe mouse. thank god they didnt switch lol i cant play with my twisty stick joystick.
good you please tell me how to disable mouse view? and as far as hat views i use the number pad for that and it works fine
-
First , there are two 'fuzes' playing AH. One fuze flies for the Bishops, he was 'fuze_' in AW. I'm the original fuze but use 'fuzeman' and fly as Knight in MA playing AH. I was 'fuze' and flew as Bz in AW. Minor details though :)
To disable mouse look, goto clipboard > setup > preferences > View Options and uncheck 'Start in mouse look'.
Why doesn't the twisty stick work? Rudder to sensative? We can adjust that easily and I'd bet a years pay it would be more enjoyable.
[ Note- I'm unemployed so a years pay isn't too much :D ]
