It has been released and is on the Windows update page.

Anyone get it yet?
Any known issues with this full version of Service pack 2?

There are tons of "known issues" ranging from apps that don't work to known security vulnerabilities, but none seem to be showstoppers for the average user especially if you continue to practice "save computing" like running antivirus software, never opening email attachments, and using a hardware firewall/router.

Just remember that you absolutely cannot rely on microsoft to keep your computer secure, and you'll probably be ok.

Been working fine for me, but I will echo what eagl said and dont rely on MS for your security.
