ATX is just the form factor, it's like an industry standard which the different manufacturers use to ensure compatability between products. Covers things like the actual size of the board, where the mounting holes are plus more technical stuff.

If your getting a Socket A CPU and the motherboard is for Socket A, you should be good.

For O/c i prefer 120mm fans but they can be hard to get a case that has room for them. I know the Antec Lanboys have 2X120mm that produce a rather good air-flow. You will have to buy an after-market hs and fan too.

I can see 4 points for fans in that pic, plus there should be at least one in the front somewhere so thats 5. Add the CPU fan, Graphics fan, and 2 for the power unit, and you could have 9 fans in total.

Dont forget the thermal paste for the CPU. Arctic Silver is considered the best, I think. Plus ear plugs, get some huge ear plugs.

This is mine (http://r0013636.hostultra.com/new%20stuff/computer1.jpg)

The case is probably about a year old now, but I can't figure out why it would be so expensive. It doesn't have a temp monitor on the case itself.
