I was cruising kazaa right before St. Anger came out and found some mp3s of this band. I though it was metallica for a while then a few days before it came out i figured out what the mp3s were. I managed to download 2 CDs from this group and i have to say i like em. Their "truth inside the dying sun" cd sounds like a cross between the black album and justice. Big gothic harmoneys and somewhat complex guitar work. Their "agitation" cd sounds like a cross between Megadeth and Metallica and maybe STP? You decide.
If you like Metallica this band is worth checking out. I like to fly to heavy songs in the MA and this group fills that role nicely :D
http://www.amiblood.com/ and check track listings. Using KAZAA download the mp3s. You can also download a few songs from the website.
Lemme know what ya think.

Too bad Kazaa is full of spyware, viruses, and trojans, along with being illegal.
-
true, ya gotta be carefull. also like to point out these songs are hard to find. If you have a good virus scanner and adaware you should be ok.
-
Read up on it. Ad-aware and mcAfee/Norton dont catch it. Its a program, legitimately installed, so it passes by as a regular program.
Also, its illegal!!!!

nothing, it's what you do with it that makes it illegal

lets see, way i understand it is that this band put their mp3s on kazaa for exposure :) whats illegal about that? they just want to get their music out there.
if ya might be intrested in listening to this band GO for it : )
if not dont worry about it. i posted this for those who are looking for something fresh to listen to and those who use kazaa or other means to get their music.
i dinna start this thread to argue the old napster/metallica illegal crapola.....i simply found something kewl i wanted to share it :aok

what program are you talking about? i use mcafee and adaware both and have no problems side from the driver issue a few days ago. i also use spywareblaster to keep em off in the first place. as long as your dats are up to date and you scan everything you download you should have no problems. i have used kazaa forever now and i have never had any problems.
sounds like you have had a bad experience on kazaa or something. shouldnt have been downloading programs that look bogus. example: your looking for an mp3 of a song thats about 4 minutes long, safe bet that the filesize is around 3 to 5 meg. if you download a file that that you think is the song and its 100k or 750k....yea its prolly a virus or something destructive.
case and point, if you know what your doing then you will be alright. if you dont then yer just askin for it which is prolly the reason for your post.

Back On topic.
These guys sound alot like Metallica. Mostly in the vocals. The rhythm guitar sounds much like later Metallica around Justice. The leads are way outside of what Kirk plays. Much to learn my young grasshopper. But overall a very well put together group that I would prefer to listen to over any Metallica newer than justice. I really liked the clip "Lies wrote mysteries". I will have to go get the CD from these guys. I only listened to the samples on there website and they left me wanting more.
