Ive downloaded AH twice and i double click to install and when it gets to about 40% an error message comes up saying there might be something wrong with the installation media or a corrupted installation file.What can i do??

am looking into it, it may be a memory problem called "Dynamic Truncation"

Try getting a program like gozilla, and using it to download instead of the IE/Netscape download function.
