I saw this too while watching the convention (scrolled across the bottom).

If they kill any of the kids, Russia should warn the innocents to get out of Checnya and let the rebels have it so the mighty Russian army can steamroll the god-forsaken place. Kids are innocents I don't know how anyone no matter what their belief can hurt children.
