Why the eldest person of a tribe of course, no violent acts should be commited, and all Indian laws are for the designated Indian reservation only...

And am not the president of the United States of America, as Bush is god knows how old, and is the Prez of USA... He should know how to answer that...

I don't really understand what you are so on about....He stumbled over his words but basically said that Native American Tribes have their sovreinty(spelling)...and the relationship with the Federal govt..is with sovreign entities...don't tell me you answer all questions without having to search for words....or are you perfect?
