Title: Operation OverLord Last Frame stats and points

Guys ,
I hope my 1st event in squad ops was fun if there are any suggestions I can do better let me know . I hope I will provide the good fights and planning Friday squad ops is known for.

Axis

Protection pts - 0
target pts       - 750
Plane pts        - 430
Violation pts   - 250(Allied only used 4 aircraft they had to use 5)
                               (Aircraft used Spit IX, P51D, P51B,and P38)

From the orders that where sent,

You must use at least 5 of the 7 aircraft listed, but you may use all 7 if you wish.

That violation is my fault.  I mistyped the orders for Sky Nights--they were supposed to take spit 14s.

Lucky for me, the excellent attack results achieved by those squadrons on the Big Giant Pony Raid (plus a buncha lightnings) more than offset the penalty.  I believe all targets were taken out before 45 minutes had elapsed in the frame.  

It is also interesting to note that our overloaded ponies were able to get a respectable k/d ratio.  

Excellent flying, gentlemen.  Simply great.

Unfortunatly 2 squads that were assignd to fly bombers and were to hit the same target never showed!!!

Muppets and LONE GUNMEN were assignd to fly JU-88's from 72 to the NW city.  Both were no shows.

hey 68KO, check your plane points for the allies in frame 3.  how can it be that high?  The allies only had 45 kills.  In order to score 2190 points for plane kills, the average would be more than 48.5 points per kill.  Am I missing something?

Ok Tracer Here is what I Got and you where right.

fighter 1 engine-10pts
fighter 2 engine-15pts
Bomber 4 engine-20pts

Aliied or Axis plane loss count.

190A5 - 8 -     80pts
190A8 - 14 - 140pts
190D9 - 2 -     20pts
Ju88    - 4 -     80pts
109G6 - 1 -     10pts
190F8 - 1 -      10pts
110G2 - 23-   345pts  the 68th ran into these guys If you guys would of hit the last town you would of won. Alot closer now . I wonder where my mind was when I was doing this . Thanks it will not happen again.

Just don't limit yourself to your fingers. I use my toes also. :D

Also CM's should never admit they were wrong to players. Just tell them you had your 6 year old son do the math and he made a mistake. :cool:
