Howdy all
Found this southern hemisphere night sky you might can use.. This is about August 21:00 near New Zealand

I'd like to see a scrolling night tile.. you can tell what time it is if you knew which star to look at

The old PC/Mac game A-10 had a great, realistic starry night. If memory serves, I believe it rotated throughout the night, with the north star always visible in the north. Anyone else remember that?

I'd trade navigating by the stars anytime for sun blindness.
HT got it really right with Sun Blindness when he did it in Warbirds. Don't make the screen turn white, instead don't draw the icons near the sun.
There was an actual advantage in coming out of the sun in WB if you could maintain the angle on your foe. More people used it to fly into when being chased and then split-s down, since your opponent couldn't see you roll over. It was great.
