my  NEC Multicync LCD 1760V  does and has a 15ms responce time.

i run that res in AH and desktop.

Using those settings on my NEC 1712 LCD (at least I think thats the model.) I will check when I get home in a couple of hours.

My Samsung Syncmaster 193P will do it as well.  It's a 19" sub 20ms response time panel.  (Which I believe is still the lowest response time available on a 19" LCD.)

Samsung 710T does 75Hz vertical refresh with a 12ms response time, $475.

My Samsung 172x 17" LCD does 1280x1024 @ 75Hz with a 12ms response time.

Best monitor I have ever bought.  :)
