our squadron uses Battlefeild Communicator and it is a free download.  can be found at www.shadowfactor.com (http://www.shadowfactor.com)    you can setup mutliple channels and even hotkeys to talk to specific users only.  Works pretty well.

Team sound is alot like bc but was buggy when it first came out...rw has a beta addon that allows you to switch freqs while in the game. They all work
