Post by: Sixpence on September 09, 2004, 02:07:23 PM
Ok, I never pick the Pats for partisan reasons.

Titans vs Cowboys

Titans will win

Vikes vs. Jets

Vikes finally win their first Super Bowl, thus relieving some of my childhood duress watching all four SB losses.

We may have lost our kicker, but with the way our offense is looking so far we won't have much of a need for one.  Titans will win over the Eagles in a tight game.

superbowl predictions....

i predict a crappy game of knuckleheads in armour running into eachother for 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of commercial breaks and then 3 hours of "entertainment" consisting of crappy bands/musicians and a lot of american flag waving.

Thats a stretch, but I will say this:  Seahawks will knock out Green Bay out of the play-offs this year. They will finish regular season with an 11-5 record.

I had a dream last night(no lie) that the Pats finished 11-5, but the Broncos finished 12-4, the playoffs had not started yet.

I dream about football, boy am I pathetic

I will be stuck someplace where men have strange and irrational devotion to a geographically convient team of large men that seem to take breaks every 2 minutes so that said irrational devotees can order more bad beer that just happens to be advertised during the game.

That being said it will be a Redskins v. Ravens superbowl with clinton portis rushing for over 200yds and redskins winning by 10.

Redskins?? Redskins??? Are you crazy? I don't think they will break 500 this season. The team to watch is Da' Bengals this year, they will be the "sleeper" team to beat. I really don't think my beloved Eagles will go beyond 11-5. But Philly is really hyped for them to go all the way, But they will spudder and fade as they always do...

Dolphins V. Eagles.  The god of irony wills that A.J. Feeley will spank the team that would only give him playing time when the other two QB's break bones, even though he was better the whole time.

Go Giant's, say we lucky to go 8-8 if we were in the C.F.L.

Best part about season, I can watch San Diego have the fisrt pick of the draft via the giants.

And the nail in coffin will be watching Kerry Collins lead the Raiders to the Superbowl.

Wow, Dallas right off the bat! It would be a miracle if the Tuna pulled it off. They have looked promising in pre.
If it happens you'll forever hear the cry "YO, VINNNYYYY!!!"

Be careful rpm, Limbaugh lost his ESPN job last year and then had to go to rehab after saying McNabb was over-rated.

Pats didn't look good, they won, but their defense got run on pretty good. They got a good lick to get that fumble at the goaline, but they were soft up the middle alot of the game. The 3-4 w/o a true nose tackle reared it's ugly head already. On the positive side, their offense played very well.

RPM, that is possibly the most intelligent thing you've ever posted on these forums.

McNabb, Andy Reid and Deuce Staley were the 3 things that were keeping us from winning.  We dropped Staley like a bad habit.  Now we just have to get rid of Reid who We just signed an extension on.  And then there's McNabb.  The greatest thing he's ever done is break his leg.
