WWII happened under Roosevelt's watch, therefore he and his administration must be responsible for WWII!!

Roosvelt administration did realise about comming war with Japan
Unless they where total blinde and deaf, but they did  not start it ;) right

then convince people it was not thier foult, "they cannot expect such a attack" , now ok?
