I'm puttin it all in the "Bank", opened up an account in Zwitzerland especially for this...
"Some guy" I know already has more than 1.600 perkies!(and I know him well enough to be 1000% Sure he's not cheating, so put that one away...)
DWEEB-Saw Managed to get around 450 perkies (95% of these in Fighter) in +/- 2 weeks, how many have you got ?
Edit : 61:44:17 online since 1.5 (had a week off...guess where I spent it?)

Fighter Perk Points (FPP's): 43 (06:23) = 7 pp/h
Bomber Perk Points (BPP's): 299 (20:07) = 15 pp/h
Vehicle Perk Points (VPP's): 2,9 (00:33) = 5 pp/h
Not much fighter or vehicle PP's, I have been learning bombing in Ju 88. I fly rare fighter sorties but still score decent points per sortie since I only fly Bf 109G-2 or Fw 190A-5.
Wow, 1600 (fighter?) PP's? Bet you can buy a bunch of perk planes with that... or the perk plane cost will be very high which would cause that below average pilots will never fly perk plane.
On the other hand, once those no-other-life-than-AH pilots start to fly their perks they will not get much new points.
Interesting to see how this turns out (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

136.59 perk points for fighters.. it's the only category I've flown.
However I think it would only make sense if you also posted how many hours you flew to get those perk points so we can get an idea of how fat your buttocks needs to be to get these thousands of points! ;-)
Anyway, I've flown ~10 1/2 hours this tour to get the above perk points.

I've got about 44 figher in 5:26 hours and 20 bomber in 4:50 hours.
But then again I think I've only been playing a few hours on the weekends. I didn't play druing the first week of release because I guessed correctly that a few patches would be added first. I don't want to fly with the buggy software.

Damnit, Jochen.
You have a Kill/Death ratio of 3.1 to my 1.5.
Grrrrr
But, at least I can console myself with the fact that I return to base more often than you did. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

Where do you look for Perk Points? Are they "Points" in the score panel?
Thks in advance,
Pepe.
-
No pepino, you can see these in the Hangar when you are in AH.
-
In fighters I got 312.97 PP's in 23 hours and 47 mins because of 145 kills.
This gives 14 PP's/hr and 2.15 PP's/kill.
-
Around 450 here, but I can tell you how this individual got more than 1600 perk points...he's playing the game the way it is intended to be played. And it's not by flying high waiting to jump unsuspecting goons or lower flying A/C (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

Fury (just an imho, not intended to start any more perk discussions)

Does anyone else keep forgetting to change thier category setting before setting out on a Jabo strike? I kinda wish it wasn't neccessary.... and the system would just recognize a ground structure was hit by you without having tell it that yes, you will be hitting a ground structure, so score accordingly.
I must be overlooking something as to why that is needed.
-
Yup Nash, Kinda kincky for me too, a lot of my sorties are Jabo, and I just keep forgetting to go through the Hangar on EACH sortie (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/frown.gif)

Ah! Forget about the call, I'll be on your 12.
Lets see I have just over 200 fighter pp's,
something like 40 bomber pp's and about 5 vehicle pp's.
all this in a whopping 67 hours of gameplay.

You think you suck...I spent every day on my Xmas break plus every weekend for the past week for over 4 hours a day and I have:
150.56 Fighter
35.20 Bomber
2.50 Vehicle
And that's with well over 150 hours of play (at least it felt that way)

The only thing the fighter/attack buttons change is wether yuur score for that sortie is added to the fighter or attck sections of the score sheet. As there are no damage/* sections in the Fighter score sheet that means that any ground object damage will not could towards fighter score or rank.
However perk points are scored for both ground targets and air to air equally reguardless of which scoring option you choose.
BTW I keep forgetting to press that little button too, I'd lile it to be 'sticky' for a given plane, ie. stay as set until I change it. Mainly because I only fly the Typhoon and the F4U-1D as ground attack planes (although the odd plane seems to get in front of my guns by accident every now and then ;)
