Title: AH2 TE Download: Where is it?

Many thanks to all of you that answered my prior query on convertaing AH "classic" terrains for use with AH2. I understand there is a new Terrain Editor for AH2 that includes a facility to automate this conversion process.

Next question....  where is the downloadable installer for this new AH2 Terrain Editor? I've looked in all of the obvious places on the official AH web site and I can't find it. Is there some secret place?
