Title: QUIT bug

I have noticed that upon finishing the game and selecting QUIT followed by QUIT, my screen locks at that point,  I can alt + tab and use close to end the game.  This appears to happen about 60% of the time when ending the game.

Ok, I had the same problem.  I fixed mine by , removing my video card drivers and reinstalled them, and make sure they are the updated ones for your video card, (your cards web site is where you can get the updated ones if available) and then i also reinstalled Dx9b.  bam!!!!!!!!  fixed it!!  i went through the alt ctrl delet thing for weeks ...  booo hisss hisssss  it sucked,,  hope this fixes your too  !
