Ok, since the rule on restricting 2 squads max per base did not make it into the web page version, I will relax it for frame 1. Do not ammend your orders if you are happy with them as they are. I want to avoid a big cluster over this.
Go with what you have, frame 1 is tommorow and I dont want mass confusion.
I will instruct the frame 2 and 3 COs as to the restriction, and ammend the web page accordingly.
