Remember http://www.mailinator.com as well.

Subscribe to any free-registration website without having to give your e-mail address. Mailinator receives any mail sent to @mailinator.com and maintains the address for 30 minutes.

Just give theaddressyoulike@mailinator.com to the registration form, go to mailinator.com, check theaddressyoulike and the confirmation e-mail will be there. The address will just vanish in 30 minutes along with any e-mail received there :)

If you use firefox there's an extension for bugmenot... You just right click in the in
username or password text field and there you go.

You may have to try a few times to get a valid username but it works. Its no easier then just making one up on your own...
