When 1.04 came out we all remember the 1.4k/sec dload speed. The jammed servers, the killed dload requests, the warps online, the DISCOs in H2H. Hard to believe everything crapped out in the first 2 hours ALONE! Maybe you need 4 or 5 mirrors to upload to? I told my ISP's owner about the 1.04 rush, then asked if he would mind hosting 1.05. He promptly said "Hell no!". Apparently he doesn't want that caliber of problems.
Maybe a couple of people could get www.50megs.com (http://www.50megs.com) accounts just for Pyro to upload to? Seems HTC needs at least 2 more servers off the beaten path just to handle downloads.
Forgive me if I rambled, but things here are slow.

LLB, calm down! I didn't insult Skuzzy, nor did I whine about anything. Amazing how some people are so quick to temper.
Skuzzy, glad to hear it! Would you mind taking over my ISP? You're doing the work of 3 or 4 people at once, better than they ever did!

Thanks flakbait.
It might seem like I do the work of 3 or 4 people, but that is an illusion. After 20+ years of doing this type of work, you have a tendency to find ver efficient ways to accomplish complex tasks.
For the most part I am a pretty relaxed guy. Those of you at the con, saw me in a different mode. HT told me once, at the con, "You are doing more than I expected". My response, "You are the customer, what's good for you is good for me".
That's pretty much the way I work. I treat all of the AH community as they are my own clients, because when the community is happy, so is HT, and that makes him happy with me.
Of course,..I will make a mistake from time to time, but the goal is to provide quality service to those expecting quality service. All I can do is try.

Well you do it so well I wish there was an Applink division up here in the Northeast to try and work for. I work for one of those huge telecom conglomerates where the type of attitude that Skuzzy shows has been buried underneath number crunchers and a myriad of managment layers. Being in touch directly with the customers has been lost. Unless you're a customer the size of Boeing or IBM (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
