ok had to get a different computer went from a 1.5 pent 4 to an xp3000 with 1 gig ddr and a 4200 nvidia with 128 meg ddr as well ....the game is much better now EXCEPT I cant seem to set my hat views at all??? <----- hoping the right answer comes soon lol:(

Go to aces high home webpage http://www.flyaceshigh.com
On the left side of the screen select Help, Game Controls, Joystick Selection. When that's done select Mapping Joystick Buttons.
Hopefully that's what you need. If its more technical make sure to check your joysticks connection (USB's especially can be sloppy connections) and make sure you visit the sticks manufacturers homepage for updated drivers and help forums.
If that don't do it. Come back here and post again. Let us know the kind of stick you got and anything else that may help solve the problem. Somebody will be able to get it figured out (hopefully).

Sounds like maybe the hat is not set as an AH input. Here (http://www.netaces.org/ahsetup/joystick.html#title) is my page on getting it set up. Hope it helps.

:eek: :) I didnt see the hat as a choice until you had that printout....THEN I saw it lol thanks alot that did the trick ..... and ty for all that all of you SMART boys an gals do for all us IDJITS!!!!
