Comedy Central was waiting for news like this. On September 17, Stewart appeared on Bill O'Reilly's "The O'Reilly Factor" only to be told his viewers are "stoned slackers" and "dopey kids"
"You know what's really frightening?" O'Reilly asked Stewart. " You actually have an influence on this presidential election. That is scary, but it's true."
Comedy Central used its viewers' test scores Tuesday to strike back at Fox News Channel and O'Reilly's viewers.
It also trotted out stats from Nielsen Media Research to show that Stewart's viewers are not only smart, but more educated than O'Reilly's.
"Daily Show" viewers are 78 percent more likely than the average adult to have four or more years of college education, while O'Reilly's audience is only 24 percent more likely to have that much schooling.
Plus, the network noted, "Daily Show" viewers are 26 percent more likely to have a household income more than $100,000, while O'Reilly's audience is only 11 percent more likely to make that much money.
So the guy watching Stewart may not only be smart, but may also be rich.
Well at least I feel better knowing only idiots watch that ultra melon O'Reilly.

And, depending on geographical conditions, you can get any results from a poll that you choose.
But don't let that get in the way of a handful of libs thinking they're smarter than everyone else, let them enjoy their day in the sun. :)

who did that survey again?
My survey says that college graduates with 4 or more years of college are 5 times more likely to be fooled by fake news than non college graduates.

Stewart started his last show on the "stoned slacker" thing. He said he was happy to provide a place for people to take a break from a hard day of stoned slacking.. O'reilly IS an ultra melon.

I don't watch either (O'Reilly, or Stewart's show). I have caught Hannity and Combs a couple times...I enjoyed it because one is a liberal and one is conservative..sort of shows both sides.

One is a moderate and one is a conservative. I'll let you figure out which is Colmes and which is Hannity. Although I will say the fact that there is a moderate instead of a radical left wing liberal to counterbalance Hannity's almost O'Reilly ultra melontedness is refreshing.
Why do most right leaning talk show hosts have to yell at me and the guests to conduct interviews? The guy Scarbourgh or whoever on MSNBC, Hannity, O' Reilly, Chris Matthews (who doesn't come off as biased, he just likes to yell I think). Of course then you have the retarded liberal hosts like Larry King who couldn't intimidate my grandmother. I love the news, there is so much entertainment in just watching the guys talk. And they all have creepy names, Stone Phillips, Wolf Blitzer, Shepard Smith.

I watch him regularly and I wouldn't say he's an ultra melon. If you don't like him because he's arogent (SP) well then I'd say that's a fair reason.....but biased....not really he has almost allways called it like he see's it.
He agreed w/ most of you lefties about the swift boat guys and he agrees w/ most concervitives about how Kerry wants to be on both sides of every issue. I also like the fact that he goes after Judges who are soft on crime.
As far as Colmbs goes....well you may call him a moderate but he does not let the right get away with owning the show and ads a great balence to hanity. just my opinions....if you listen to O'riely's hate mail he gets just as much from the right as he does from the left.

To be honest, Daily Show not only helps in relaxing from watching the cold, boring news stations but also eases in the education of knowing whos doing what without the over-done detail.

Daily Show may be propaganda but at least it's funny.
Fox News is devoid of humor and intelligence. I swear I can feel brain cells dying when I watch it.

I like to watch The Factor just to hear Bill tell the screaming Demos to shut up and prove their accusations.
Do I believe Bill loves himself?......uh yeah!
Does he lean more to the right? ......uh yeah!
But at least he lets both sides state facts and cuts off the BS.
BTW His comment about the Daily show was a joke. Jon knew it was.
Bill is going to be on the Daily Show next week I think so Jon will be able to return the favor. Should be funny!

Scarbough is former Democrat Rep.
Matthews is former Democrat speech writer, and strategist,
O'reilly is as close to middle/small c conservative as your going to see on TV
Hannity is a conservative.

Well Scarbough is a conservative, seen him admit it many times on his show and is very biased, O'Reilly is biased but is mostly an ultra melon, Hannity is very biased and is an ultra melon, and Matthews as I stated isn't biased much one way or the other he just likes to yell. Although I'm telling you know, as I don't remember even writing that post I wouldn't put much faith into what I said.
