The Associated Press is so Liberally Biased it makes me sick.
I mean, who freakin cares what Ikes kid is doing with his vote?
Can we look into who each presidents SOne/Daughter Grandson Granddaughter/Niece/Nephew/Pet Gerbil is voting for?
Or does this story make the press because A republican Presidents kid is voting for America's Newest Superhero The Orange Lurch?

Let me add to his thought:
"....but.... I ....can't..... seem..... to..... stop.... listening to it!! HELP ME!"
Heh, yer watching the wire (of all things) and saying you hate it. I feel for you.

Change the switch from the "ON" to the "OFF" position.
Breathe.
Relax.
Think about walks on the beach or somethin'.

Better yet, go plant 75 acres of oats. After bouncing on the tractor all day you'll be too tired to care about the news...just like me.
-
rpm you're a farmer?
-
Yep, amongst other things I'm farming the land my Greatgrandfather bought after the Civil War. But today I was helping my brother in law on his place. They are forcasting rain this weekend and he's too busy at work to plant in time.

"The fact is that today's 'Republican' Party is one with which I am totally unfamiliar. To me, the word 'Republican' has always been synonymous with the word 'responsibility,' which has meant limiting our governmental obligations to those we can afford in human and financial terms.
yep
"Today's whopping budget deficit of some $440 billion does not meet that criterion,"
yep
until the Bush administration's decision to invade Iraq "as a maverick," he wrote.
yep, is maverick.
"Recent developments indicate that the current Republican Party leadership has confused confident leadership with hubris and arrogance," he wrote.
yep
Eisenhower scolded the Republican leadership for embracing a tax code that "heads us in the direction of a society of very rich and very poor."
yep
the economy, an uneccesary campaign/war deficits, federal cuts, bullchit. Bush aint done nothing except invade iraq. Its the biggest thing on the news. Why because of oil!

I can't stop watching the wires. I have to for my business. Unfortunately, all types of news items come up on our service here, from DJ, to Bloomberg, Reuters, AP, etc.
So mixed in between Merck pulling Vioxx and Msft annoucing their latest security flaw, I get things like this.
Regardless, I thought I might find other people on the BBS who felt the same way. Apparently, that is not the case.
