It could be, but the B-17 has a pretty bad problem with mirroring.  On a skin I did, it mirrors the left side of the fuselage near the waist gunner to the right side.  So, if you change or move any letters from the left side, it comes out looking funny on the right.

Ahh, is this why we haven't seen the Memphis Belle, yet?  Mirroring problems?

Yep, and you probably wont see it until after the B-17 textures have been redone.  The squadron codes mirror, so theres a squadron code where the USAAF insignia should be.

This is why i had to stop my b17 chow hound. Starting up a new one right now tho. No worries. made sure no mirror probs ;)
