Wassup with the mass dumps and UDP loss? Two mass dumps this morning and numerous UDP losses.

Mass dumps occur whenever you eat at Chano's on Figueroa near USC in LA.  The damn food there tastes great, but man, you know you ate some serious stuff the next day.  So do your neighbors.
