Title: Whatever Kerry gained, Edwards lost.
Post by: TweetyBird on October 05, 2004, 09:10:25 PM
What a piece of work he is. He needs to go back to NC.
Anyone who would attack ( smiling and lamely trying to diguise it) a persons child for their sexual orientation, is a snake.

My brother is a lawyer, and I will tell you first hand, not all lawyers are such snakes. Unfortunately. Edwards revealed he is.
I am thoroughly disgusted that he didn't have the composure to refrain from such a childish attack. Chainey should have stood up and walked out. Thats the only action required at that point.
Its a fact crap floats.

I was very impressed with Cheney's response to the SS Marriage questions.  He doesn't wholly agree with Bush on that issue.  When it came up, he simply stated the Administration's position, said he supported the President, then passed on further opportunity to speak on the topic.

He didn't pretend he agreed  with Bush's stance on the issue.  He didn't criticize the President.   That's the difference between a Statesman and a Panderer.

yep

I've always thought Cheney was a huge part of the Bush package.
Some of his responses were both tasteful and stinging.
I do not think he'll finish the next 4 years though as they need to make room for a candidate for 08 and he doesn't want it

Yep, Cheney is the leader among the administration's senior assets.

Edwards comes across as the trial lawyer promising whatever you want to hear.

Tweety, I you for your intellectual honesty.

Though it was close, I give that debate to Cheney...

Call it...
