That's key. Was cruising by Chambana last month, and foolishly did not heed the call of the Longhorn.
Anyway, I was wondering about that place's name, since there's a chain of crappy meat grillers who use the name "Longhorn", but for a steakhouse.
mmm... brisket. I could go for that right now. Too much souvlaki here.
(in all fairness, this place is #2 in the world in meat -- not fish -- consumed per capita. 113kg to the 120kg of the US).

Yeah I think the crappy steakhouse chain is why they are going to the new name.
I'm finally getting some good brisket out here. Next time you are in town check out "Roderick's" in Pleasanton.
