Lol.

Not that I'm a mission-planning type, but if you DO plan an allied mission in the Pacific, you might consider disabling (or outlawing) formations, and doing low-level raid.  Historically, not a lot of 20k formation bomber raids in PAC.

Also, with B-26s, you want Axis to have some numbers.

Sounds like a good time to use the A-20.

I didnt look, do we have the 110-G or the 110-C? If its the C (and it should be, the G's performance is far too high to sub for the Ki-45) then they will not chew through formations of B-26's, its only got 2x MGFF's after all.

I agree that it should be the C  also the C turns much better.  However the C will do a credible job against buffs I think.

Nice punch for a frontal attack but keep your chute on if I get on your tail. The B-26 has almost the same frontal gun pack but a far better defensive punch and as long as you stay around 350mph or so you can throw her around like a heavy fighter. Your choice Slash... quick death or slow death. :D
Title: Too bad....

It is too bad there is no IJA/IJN squad in the CT. Perfect opportunity for a good squad night in the Pac.

I will try to be there tonight on the Axis side.

Looking forward to being shot up by buff formations. :D

When there was a IJ squad in the CT the squad nights always seemed highly lopsided.  Sometimes the 880 FAA would go IJ and that helped, but otherwise the IJ squad hardly made a difference due to the fact it was so small.

I might be willing to try starting a informal (meaning no website, just email communications) IJ squad.  However there would have to be enough interest in it to make it worth while.

I am game.  I'll start a thread on it.

VF-27 thanklessly did this many times.

Sorry, but VF 27 did some really BS crap type of stuff to the 27th and 13th Sentai and I'm not really very generous to them after that.

I never said it was a sub for a particular aircraft.(not griping) With the Ki-43, Ki-44, Ki-45, Ki-84,Ki-100, and others not available. Having the 110G-2 stand in for alot of aircraft doesnt seem like a problem to me. Its present in ETOs vs the B-17s and B-26s. The Allies have plenty of quality aircraft to choose from as far as escorts go.

She does turn good, but I thinks she's way over matched by the Hogs and Lightings. If I wasnt on duty I would enable for you guys tonight. If you see a staffer on have him enable it.

So what, JG54 is just chopped liver? We fly axis on every map and have been on every night with numbers that give the allies fits.

I was going to say that JG 54 is an IJ Squadron on every Pac set up. Prior to joining JG54 I was a member of the 13th Sentai under the capable leadership of Keyapaha.  We were a small squad of 4 players but we flew well together.

Such as what?  Fly with them when others refused to even up the sides? Or was it when we split up VF 27 to create the 27th Sentai?
