"Kansas Tornado" from the 405th FG pairs up with "Carol Ann II" of the 362nd for a brief photo op:

I've stared at them for so long I can't tell anymore if they're any good or not.   I thought my "Bonnie" looked a little like a spray painted plastic model, so I made some changes to these; made darker panel lines and heavier dirt layers, and greater contrast between the panel shades.

Sometimes I look at these and think they look almost photographic, then I'll stare at them a while and think nah, they're not any good.    That's why I put them up here for you guys to give me some feedback.    My wife stares at them with a blank expression and then gives me that look like I'm wasting my time...

Oboe, those look great, I can honestly say they look like something straight from a picture.


As for your wife, buy her something nice and when she complains, threaten to return it and use the money to buy something for yourself.

OK guys, these two skins are now available at the  AH Custom Skins (http://www.ah-skins.com)  site.

Also, I put up a resubmit of Bill Dunham's "Bonnie" with a little more weathering and some fixes to the panel line locations around the ailerons and rudder.

Hope you guys like 'em!
