There's one called "110 in hanger". You can see how low the guy is on his pass. As he barrels in he passes a road with a couple of guys manning an MG34 AA mount  Im suprised he didnt clip them with the prop :aok
-
I dont see anything called 110 in hangar... is this the only page with clips? http://368thfightergroup.com/guncamera.html

Kewl site thanks fer posting it

this one
broad side (http://368thfightergroup.com/397-hendricks-av3.avi)
shows the battery of a P47 to full effect. You can see the beaten zone it lays down. Nothing un armoured comes out of that. Peroid.
It really looks like the beaten zone from 8 50s would.

Gonna have a look in the morning, to drunk to enjoy it now.
THE JUG RULES!!!
-edit- ok, i had to have a look and its outstandin footage. Love those fw190 kills and the last one were you can see tracers is really cool.
It seems that when it comes to LEAD shooting AH1 was spot on. (havent tried AH2 yet" The damage also seems consistant with what i used to get when pinging fw190's in the game.

Wasn't there another thread recently in which somebody was saying that they could not imagine P-47's always fighting down low or on the deck? Soemtimes but not often? It seems like all of the air to air films (that I watched...) were shot down at treetop level. Perhaps these fights all started at high altitudes, and the LW pilots tried to out dive the Jug pilots....
It just seems strange that they all seemed to occur so low....
-
i always used to fight down low in it. you can easyly suprise someone in it. they never xpect you to actually chase them in their frigin lala's
-
If you ever have the opportunity, stay above the fur and watch Drex in-deep in a furball flying a Jug.
LOL
I just bust out laughing.
-
keep inmind that a person with 1 life is in everplane those 190s feel the Jugs power in Real life
almost evertime i watch a guncam i end up thinking what it must have been like in the cockpit of whoever got taken apart
:(
-
Not everybody is here to think about that aspect of it sim - but atleast you recognize it.
-
Top stuff

The stuff that I found amazing was how truely devastating a .50 cal round is from a long distance.
Some of those ground attacks were from long distance and/or medium altitude and the amount of crap thrown up on the ground strikes was incredible ... also the popping of the locomotive engines ... not as thick as armor, but not light weight by any stretch ... like a hot knife thru butter.
Anybody who questions the potency of a .50 cal round in the game, needs to look at these films.

Ditto. Man they're shootin from 5x the distance I shoot in this game, (I still miss) on the ground stuff.
We had a friend of the family who worked on trains his whole life, (he's gone now the ol boy), but he told us a steam engine all pressured up is very easy to pop, due to the internal pressures. NOT to diminish any of the punch that .50 showed in these films, still surprised me.
