Anyone know where I can find a video of this?  Not the MOAB test - but actual combat footage of the 82

It's a newsreal with very little footage.  I know I've seen the full explosion sequence for this, but that may have been when I was in the AirForce... either that or the discovery channel.

I've seen the full footage on Discovery channel.    Shows the bomb being dropped out of a c-130 and parachuting down.

The reason this bomb wasnt used more is because it was too inaccurate.

In that clip, a man says "its intent is to kill people".

Your half right.  Helicopters have alot of trouble landing on ground thats not flat.  The inaccuracy of the blu-82 caused alot of LZs to be cut on the sides of hills.  This is why it fell out of favor.

Actually it just takes technique and practice to land on a slope, depending on the degrees of the slope it's not hard. Though of course there is a limit to the angel you can accomplish this and one I wouldn't like to misjudge.

That Al-Jazeera TV Station is long overdue for MOAB, that would make for some great footage.
