Any idears if the T34 is gona cost more or less perks then the tiger? Im gona take a swing at it and say it will be more.

The T-34/76 is less powerful than the Panzer IV H.

y would the T-34 be perked?

EDIT: from what i seen HTC dosent perks a plane or GV cuz its "uber" if they did then the LA-5 LA-7 Niki 110G-2 B-17 Lanc would be perkd HTC perks the stuff that wasnt mass produced, and there were limited numbers of this plane or gv.

They perk based on performance.  If they perked based on production numbers the C.205, D3A1 and Hurricane Mk IId would all be perked before the Spit XIV, Tempest or Me262.
