With a full HOTAS, I can do wingovers without too much difficulty, but with my Saitek Cyborg 3D, I'm having a hell of a time.
Any clues, chaps?

I used to do them OK with a Sidewinder. I held the stick very low near the base. It was hard to reach the buttons on top but it gave me finer control - made the stick less sensitive.
Also, do all these moves to the left. It's much easier to twist left than right (at least with my body).

I use a Sidewinder w/o rudder pedals, so I keep the stick off to the right, like in an F-16 setup. This makes it easier to twist in either direction.

Well I've been running my sidewinder 3d pro for almost 4 years now.
It's got a smaller base than the prec pro.
So I like to slide it between my legs.
Yeah, right where a joystick belongs!
Anyway, that locks it tight into place, keeps it from slideing around in tough manuvers.

Thank you all. Now I've just got to perfect it.
