Greetings All,
Just added an Excel File of Speed and Climb Rates (http://www.netaces.org/ahplanes/comparisons/speed-climb.xls). Also added the remaining fighters to the Speed (http://www.netaces.org/ahplanes/comparisons/speed.htm) and Climb Rate (http://www.netaces.org/ahplanes/comparisons/roc.htm) java applets.
Hope they're helpful!

Make sure you have Java enabled. Also, under internet options/advanced, be sure you have Java enabled.

MS removed the MS Java virtual machine in one of the IE patches, as to conform with the monoploy lawsuit or something..
you have to DL and install your own JAVA plugin
see sun JAVA on web.

Thanks Hammer,
if I may ask where does this info come from for the EXCEL spreadsheet? how was these number gathered/calculated?
the comparison for the speed/climb java chart is for reference only correct? these graph overlays have not been updated to AH2 stats yet have they?
agains Thank You :)

All the data on both the spreadsheet and the java comes from HiTech's performance charts. I pasted them into powerpoint, added grid lines, then distributed them evenly between each hash mark. I then looked at them with the Mk I eyeball. I took readings at every 5k (for the spreadsheet) or anyplace the line changed (for the java) and recorded it. I'd be willing to bet they are within 1 mph either way with HTC's charts.
In theory, those two performance parameters remained constant from AH1 to AH2 but I have not done any testing in AH2 yet. The planes I checked in AH1 were pretty much in line with the charts.

I have to tell you xHammer that my son who just turned 9 is able to read and undertstand the charts. Thanks to your site he learned how. I spent about 30 minutes going over them one day with him and he understands the speed and alt chart quite well. About 2 weeks ago he spent 1/2 his flying time looking over the charts. Every couple of days it is "Papa did you know the P-51B is faster than the P-51D on the deck"? Or "Papa did you know the P-38 is faster than the Me-110 at 20k"?
LOL He is the math wiz out of all my kids. :)

FYI the Yak9T is still listed to have WEP.

per an email from Pyro, most are still valid. There have been a couple of changes. When they are posted, I will update the charts.

hammer..is there a place to find the V speeds?
i woudl liek to hav ethe Vy-Vx and Vg speeds
btw..When I first started playing AW-and AH.. i used netaces and printed the charts out
Absolutly great...I cannot understand how anyone could win a fite without knowing what the nme plane is capable of doing

No. The 109G-10 is the fastest unperked plane at alt (on WEP).

alt/speed 0k 0k 1k 1k 5k 5k 10k 10k 15k 15k 20k 20k 25k 25k 30k 30k Max/Alt
109G-10: 338 368 343 374 369 398 383 413 398 428 413 446 430 445 424 433 453/22
P-51B: 349 359 352 363 371 380 392 401 414 422 418 418 417 427 440 442 444/29
Spit 14: 334 362 338 366 359 387 384 411 395 404 386 418 410 440 427 427 445/26
lol spit 14 should be litely perked (or might as well unperk it) to chog standards or (else) lightly perk the 109G-10, P-51s, La-7, Fw-190D-9 (the super La-7), P-38L, P-47D40, Yak-9U:)
-
So no where to easily find Vy, Vx , Vg speeds?
-
... In fact the 109G-10 is the fastest propeller driven plane in the game, perk or no perk.

.....at altitude, and i think that from some point the Ta152 over take it

Yes I'm talking about maximum level speed at rated altitude/optimal altitude. I don't think the Ta152 can do 453 mph in Aces High. I think it comes close to 450 mph at 35-40K, but that's off the chart.
-
Actually, I'm mistaken. The Ta152 does 454 mph at 30k, and I assume it is even faster at 35k.
