Title: Windows utility manager OFF

Press the windows key and U. This brings up the utility manager with three options, Magnifier,Narrator and onscreen keyboard.
Set all three to not running. Uncheck the tick boxes at the bottom that say start automatically. Click ok.
Not sure how much this might affect the game online, but every machine I've tried so far has the Narator running.(Sound card resources)
I have to credit this one to my son who is attending ITT Tech. with this one.

It'll be interesting to see any results from this.

has to do w/accessibility options.

When I press the Winders key and U, I get the turn off computer/log off/restart options screen.  Running Winders XP Pro which may be different.

Windows key + U is the shortcut to start Windows utility manager and Narator defaults to run when wum starts.  My boxes were already unchecked so Narator was off till I launched WUM.
