Title: Target/Ord update

Fixed a couple of errors, including the poundage to whack a Coastal Defense Gun. It's 4,000 lbs, not 2,000 lbs. Oops. Double checked the ord needed to blow hangars, it's all spot on the money.

Might want to check your figures for cv ord.  I have dropped cv's with 4,000 lb of bombs before (single B26).  Good work on compiling the list  :).
