But I could probably get some good ol' Democratic Pork barrel special interest group funding...start with a "Sympathy" program called "Follically-challenged".  Maybe even try to divert everyones lifestyle via the Supreme court by having all statues of God removed from state and federal grounds and replaced with with a bronze, balding guy...
