Dueling arena.... is it broke or what ... did some CM go in there and turn all the guns off?

I was quite surpised at the damage my opponents were takeing until I realized :D

I Imagine this is quick fix .. but what happend?

Actually, Chinese names are almost always just one syllable; certainly NEVER four syllables!

What's up with the DA anyways?  Seems it's broke just about every time I go there anymore.
