Unless you scroll down and click the wittle corner of the board called "Custom sounds and skins" your not up to speed on what's been cookin with all us geeks.

All skins are under submission,or damn close and hopefully will be released with 2.01.

Oboe, Greebo, United, Kev367th, thebest, Selector, Octavious, Citabria, Nomde, cobra414, spade and a whole gaggle of guys have been workin it in our wittle corner. Old hands newbies alike are into puttin out skins with the help and encourgment of the others.

There's some SWEET stuff being put out down there.

Everyone encourges each other, offers advise and high fives with all the skins that are produced. It's a good time. I have two hours in this month ingame but I'm not complaining.

All these guys rock.

Without the help of two special people it would be very difficult to accomplish what we "do".

Lucull for the skin site, a place to post, a place to download and learn from others.

Second and most important, Guppy. Guppy is our unofficial historian. His vast libary of photos and books makes doing a skin as easy as saying "Hey Guppy, have any info on blah blah blah.and he comes up with photo's, color plates, history, bases flown out of etc.



Citabria posted his group of submissions down in our corner. It would be cool for all of us to post our submissions here so you can have a look at what will hopefully be coming on the next release.

This stuff is just sweet, and a pleasure to do with the people in that wittle corner.

It's fun.

That aer all very excellent. Some of the best Ive seen  this far. Howevr the first a6m and the second needs bit more silver weathering.

Nopoop(and everyone)

I have several tons of pictures and information(People, Squadron, and aircraft) for Pacific War aircraft(USN and USMC only) and I'll be glad to help someone who willing to skin Navy planes like F6F, F4F, F4U, etc etc for Aces High.

Your yellow nosed P-47 is an exact copy of the "Matchbox Collectible" that I have sitting on my shelf.  Good work!
BTW, did you base it on that, or on an actual historical plane...

first id like to say  great  job guys  on all the skins, just  when i think i am getting better  you  move  the  goal posts further away:p .i  got  a couple  sent in but  dont think they will get  far.

  As  for  the  p38  untill they update  the  skin  to the new standard  as set  by the new planes  coming  there are two manny  issues  with doing skins for  it.Although there are a number  of guys  ready  to do  it  as  soon as they can.

 keep up the great work guys  thoese  of  us  who have tried  no  the amount of work put in to  doing a  skin.

Very nice work all.

I browse the Skins forum regularly to see what you guys are doing.

Very nice work.

On the downside a friend just gave me a legal copy of Photoshop 5, so I may try to figure some of this stuff out and inflict my horrible artistic skills on the Skins forum.

This skin texture is made of rice; the meatball is maguro (raw tuna) and the green stripe is sushinori (seaweed sushi wrap).  Look closely.
