Title: How about a strat timer?

The other day I was sitting in the tower waiting for the VH to come up so I could attempt to chase away the vulching horde and it occurred to me how neat it would be if there was a timer next to the information on the status plaque.  Instead of sitting there saying "man, when is the VH (FH, AAA, etc) going to pop?"  you could look and see "ah ha! 3 minutes till we can defend again."
