Title: was ENY changed recently??

I could have sworn I read HT say that ENY only kicked on when the MA had more than 250 players.

Did this change?  For the past couple of days during late night, the Knights have had a massive number advantage, and I have seen the ENY up over 40.  (i went rooks to fly for the night b4 anybody starts in)  

The past couple of nights the numbers were well under the 250 person cap, but the knit's had over 100 players.  

Please tell me when/how the ENY kicks in.  i.e. side numbers, arena numbers etc.

Just curious.
